Template documentation

Template to easily add links to Wikipedia, which also shows the Wikipedia logo to make it obvious it's an external link.

Example:

If you want to link the page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_accessibility, you'll do:

{{wiki|Computer_accessibility|Computer Accessibility (a11y)}}

You need to provide the page-location & the name to be displayed.
