You can also try something like this:
/emas @{selected|character_name} speaks in ?{Language| }.
/w ?{Language| } ?{Speech| }
This will emote that the selected character is speaking in the langauge you type in, and will then whisper the players who can speak the entered language if you've created a character for the language as in this article.
