How do you delete a page from the page toolbar? The wiki refers to a red "x" when you mouse over the relevant page, but this isn't appearing for me; I'm only getting "Page Settings" and "Duplicate Page". Thanks! -- Dave Y. (talk) 08:55, 18 March 2015 (EDT)
