Icon Association

How do you associate a map or icon with a page? Right now it seems pretty random. I have random icons on that page showing up in the toolbar. I'd like it to be the map. Marc F. (talk) 00:48, 7 May 2013 (EDT)

Delete a page

How do you delete a page from the page toolbar? The wiki refers to a red "x" when you mouse over the relevant page, but this isn't appearing for me; I'm only getting "Page Settings" and "Duplicate Page". Thanks! -- Dave Y. (talk) 08:55, 18 March 2015 (EDT)
