In keyboard layouts different from English the "Dynamic light" shortcut is on a different key. For example on the Italian layout it is not on the "<" key but on the "," which is next to the "m" key in said layout. I don't think this is a bug, but a feature, as in the Italian layout the "<" key is on the opposite side of the keyboard from "m", "k" and "o". Therefore, I think the shortcut stays in the key next to the "m" no matter the layout, which is appropriate. I this should be clarified in the wiki though.
