Beta/Early Access is a feature for Roll20 that allows access the latest developments to the Roll20 application.
Early Access is often rolled out in stages:
- Usually, Proinfo subscribers are the first to get the option to opt-in to Beta features, as they are made available in order to get a first look and provide feedback before the full release.
- Often, Plusinfo subscribers get access some the after Pro users, or at the same time.
- Eventually, all users get opt-in access to the feature.
- Finally, when the feature gets full release, it often goes from opt-in to either be the new default option(if it's a new feature or replaces something old), opt-out, or permanently replace the old version.
See Category:Feature(Beta) for related pages.
Previously, Early Access features where available on the Dev Server, which is now discontinued.
